Recording

The Center can arrange to have your class recorded and work with you to reflect on your teaching style and choices.

Recording and consultations are completely confidential.

Instructors will meet with an observer from the Center for Teaching and Learning prior to the recording to address their concerns and arrange a date and time for recording. Afterwards, instructors are handed the videotape immediately so that they can view it in private and do a self-evaluation.

Afterward the instructor will meet with the observer from the Center for Teaching and Learning to discuss the class.  This discussion will focus on helping the instructor to better use class time to reach his or her teaching goals.
