What Exactly Am I Supposed to Be Doing?  Defining Your Job as a TA

Is TA-ing teaching or facilitating? Where do the duties of the professor and the TA overlap, complement each other and where do they diverge? What can TAs expect from the TA-prof relationship? Is it difficult to transition from being a TA to a professor?

All graduate students and faculty are welcome but this event grows out of concerns in political science department and so may be most useful to students in related fields.

Workshop counts toward the CTL Teaching Certificate.
