About CTL

The Center for Teaching and Learning’s mission is to help standing faculty, adjunct faculty and teaching assistants achieve excellence in the classroom and in other venues where learning takes place. The Center offers a variety of services, including confidential individual consultation, which can include discussions of course design and development, interaction with students, presentation skills, etc. At least one class session can be videotaped for confidential review. The Center also sponsors a series of programs designed to improve teaching and learning at Penn.
